With thousands of tickets handled by means of a well-established help desk system, the CSTCC maintains and manages different environments for several domestic and international customers on heterogeneous platforms and integrates business processes of large companies and corporate groups, which belong to diversified product sectors.
EIM Application Support provides a fist and second level help-desk support for all key users and includes corrective/evolutional assistance and servicing for IBM FileNet systems. This service includes remote/on-site assistance for application-related issues: it handles both Incident Support (IS) and Change Support (CS).
SAP Application Services are organized into modular components, from basic to advanced services. These outsourced services cover our customers’ wide range of requirements within SAP functional area, from small & medium enterprises to large enterprises.
CST BPM enables to identify proactively any criticality in business processes by monitoring in real time core business processes and interfaces among the various process steps.
This service allows to activate the functional consultants from the CST Competence Centre exclusively in On-Demand mode to manage SAP applications.
CST HMS gives access to the expertise of the CST Competence Centre consultants.
