With thousands of tickets handled by means of a well-established help desk system, the CSTCC maintains and manages different environments for several domestic and international customers on heterogeneous platforms and integrates business processes of large companies and corporate groups, which belong to diversified product sectors.

EIM Technology Support provides access to remote/on-site assistance for systems-related issues. The Active Support service includes access to telephone/on-site support, which guarantees technical support for system-related issues due to IBM FileNet production systems.

SAP Basis Administration Services are organized into modular components, from basic to advanced services. These outsourced services cover our customers’ wide range of requirements within SAP Basic area.
